• Avant Tooling Technology Ltd is based in Hong Kong with its main office and factory located in Shenzhen. Avant Tooling specializes in production of plastic injection moulds and die-casting moulds; meanwhile it provides mould-related services from plastic part engineering design, prototypes, pilot-run molding, component sAvant Tooling Technology Ltdcing to assembly and printing. Avant Tooling is experienced in project management. We believe in a concept that our tooling technology should serve to maximize our clients' interests. Avant tooling has state-of-art facility and is able to make plastic injection moulds from 50 kgs to 50 tons in weight. Avant tooling has capacity to produce 600 moulds per year. In recession, our strategy now is to cut cost for clients in plastic design, moulding, and tooling business. By doing this our clients can continue to fulfill the needs of their current customer base, and at the same time improve their profit margins.
