Awake to Wisdom is a non-profit making centre for meditation, mindfulness and psychological Awake To Wisdomll-being based in Nottingham. We offer non-religious programs in meditation and mindfulness training to public and private sector organizations as well as consultancy, tailored professional development and workforce wellbeing and productivity solutions. We also offer various non-religious meditation and mindfulness classes, courses, retreats and therapeutic approaches that are open to the general public. Awake to Wisdom, via the application of meditative and mindfulness principles, also supports or runs various projects focused on relieving psychological and material suffering both at home and aboard. Awake to wisdom also collaborates with academic research investigating the benefits to wellbeing of meditation or mindfulness. Buddhist monks Ven. Edo Shonin and Ven. William Van Gordon help in the guiding of meditations and other activities.
