We are leaders in Ukrainian market and we have a story to say and something to be proud: Modern production In 2009 we have built the first ice cream production plant of closed cycle in Ukraine according to European standards (Smila, Cherkaska region). This is completely automated company, where any kind of human interruption is excluded frum the production process. The plant is equipped with the newest equipment of the top worldwide manufactures; composition for turn-off storage due to European classification belongs to class A that helps to storage and lade more than 250 ton of product per day. Innovations in new products development We are innovators in new products development. In 2009 the market has seen a new volume three dimensional Eskimo “Le Jour” that is unique in shape as well as in recipe, which allows achieving extremely delicate consistency and balanced taste. The real sensation on Ukrainian market was ice cream - plombir “Bez “E”, which is appeared on the market in 2011 and where a stabilizer of the well known index “E” is changed to natural ingredients. We are first manufacturer, who created the ice cream of “clean hands” in a cardboard cup with spoon. This is comfortable, tasty and useful, because we offer only natural products! Due to manufacturing capacity it is our company, which can create ice cream of any form and taste! Excellent quality of product We offer a great attention to following high standards of products quality. The laboratories of plant are assessed regularly and control the quality of raw and ice cream production constantly on each stage of its production. We strictly adhere to the standards of quality management system and food safety with ideas implementation, which are based on standards ISO 9004:2000, principles of Total Quality Management and ISO 22000 that is Food safety management system. Today the enterprise begins to develop the system of ecological management. Our products are marked with lots of Ukrainian and international tasting competition awards, among which: o the tasting competition of International specialized exhibition “The world of ice cream and cold”: • in 2009 plombir “Zolotyi standart” and ice cream “Le Jour” are awarded with gold medals, eskimo “Korivka” and feeder “Ajour” orange” – with silver medals; • in 2011 ice cream “Ajour” with taste and filler “Chocolate-hazelnut” and “Ajour” with taste “Chocolate – dairy cream” and filler “butterscotch” took gold medals and ice cream plombir “Bez “E” – silver medal. • on October, 2011 ice cream plombir “Bez “E” and sorbet “Triumf Ajour” strawberry” are marked with gold medals in the tasting competition within XIV International exhibition World Food Ukraine; • In 2012 sorbet “Triumf” took the Grand-Prix, plombir “Zolotyi standart” and plombir “Bez “E” are marked with gold medals in the tasting competition within XV International exhibition World Food Ukraine. However the highest award for us is love and devotion of our consumers, who say that a taste of our ice cream “has known since childhood!”. Company development Our auto park includes more than 200 low temperature cars for product transportation, while the placement of production facilities and warehouses assure comfortable and optimal logistic. We provide distribution throughout Ukraine and go out confidently into the international market! Frum year to year we strengthen our positions on Ukrainian market. So, the market share of our company was 3% in 2006, 9% in 2010, 10% in 2011, 12% in 2012. Such tendency shows rapid and correct direction of company development, consumers love and popularity on the market. Cooperation with international companies On March, 2012 we have signed a contact and begun to produce ice cream in accordance with quality standards of The Walt Disney Company. It was appeared ice cream with favorite cartoon characters on its package.
