  We are direct to sellers of the first class commodities listed. We work only with real ?qualified? buyers and move a large amounts of good clean product. Our prices are usually the lowest world wide, as we ship direct from the Source and deal in huge quantities , which gives us a major competitive edge.
  
  In order to better serve you we request as LOI (letter of intent) From the direct buyer, on buyer letterhead, we need the following to enable us to quote you a firm price.
  
  Specification of product required.
  Volume of order.
  Packing in bags or bulk.
  Shipping details
  Discharge rate, destination port.
  Exact type of financial instrument (Stand by L/C, bank Guarantee, fully funded DLC)
  
  Full banking co-ordinates including account number, contact name at bank, confirming bank name and address if bank issuing is LC is not a not a prime bank. Name of authorized contract signatory and commissions needed, we will sign your NCND agreement if required.
  
  Fax a complete LOI on buyers stationary to us and also a BCL ( Bank comfort letter or bank Recommendation letter ) on banks stationary will help us give best prices , upon receipt , we will expedite the transaction in the most courteous and professional way.

  In General the steps are as follows
  
  
  1) Buyer submits Letter of Intent (LOI) and Bank Comfort Letter (BCL)
  
  2) Seller issues the FCO.
  
  3) Buyer accepts and agrees the terms and conditions of the FCO by counter signature & companies seal and returning it to the seller.
  
  4) Seller issues draft contract with full banking. Draft Contract shall be signed by both parties and sent via fax that will be deemed as original and val
