Bahlas Carpets would like to introduce ourselves as Bahlas Group of Factories in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The first group of factory which can fulfill the complete range of the products in carpet industry. And our production capacity of the factory is around 40 millions sqrm per year.
We are producing many qualities in carpets, which are as follow:
1. printed CARPET: By roll, Rug & Runner we have modern printing machine Chromo jet & screen for each up to 8 colors on loop pile, cut pile High and Low & Cut and Loop we can print your designs as desired by you in Polyamide 6, Polyamide 6. 6, Polyester, 80% wool 20% nylon
2. wall TO WALL TUFTED: Tufted carpet wall to wall is different styles (cut pile, Loop Pile, Cut & Loop pile, Hi & Low pile & Tip sheared) in all kind of yarns. Polypropylene, Polyester, Polyamide, Polyamide 6. 6 antron excel & 80% wool 20% nylon
3. WILTON: Rugs & 4 m width woven carpet is different yarns (re PP. Bcf Solid, Tri color, PP. Heatset, 80% wool 20% nylon, 100% Acrylic & 100% wool)
4. AXMINISTER: 7 / 7, 7 / 8, 7 / 9 & 7 / 10 carpet 80 / 20 yarn designs as per customer choice
5. carper TILES: producing Tiletex in many kinds of yarn Polypropylene, 80% wool 20% nylon, 100% Nylon etc. style and designs in bitumen backing
6. finishing LINE: we can produce carpets with Action back, Felt back, Gel back & Foam.
7. yarns: We are also producing carpet yarns (Polyester, Nylon, Polypropylene, & 80% Wool 20% Nylon in many colors and counts.
