I am currently acting as salesrepresentative with my partner in Malaysia & Singapore for Russian oils. The seller insists on having a bank guarantee (BG) before the procedure to begin. Please notice that the confirmation of the available funds would need to be issued by a top-ranked global financial institution, category within the top 30 in the world. I mean, this is a real buyer.
