Baltic Cranberry Corporation is a USA corporation, operating since 1995, that processes (sorts, cleans, calibrates, freezes, and packages) and exports conventional and certified Organic forest berries from its headquarters in St. Petersburg, Russia. Berries are sold in their whole state, frozen, or processed into concentrate.  BCC?s wild forest berry products are certified organic under European Union Council Regulation No. 2092/91 and U.S. Department of Agriculture-NOP regulations.

BCC?s Certified Organic and Conventional Juice Grade bulk berry product range includes the five major berry types available in the Russian Federation:  cranberry, blueberry, lingonberry, black currant, and aronia (rowanberry).  Other berries are also available such as sea buckthorne and gBaltic Cranberry Corporationmet cloudberry, as are other forest products such as mushrooms and pine nuts

Volume bulk conventional and organic berries packed in 900 kilogram pallet loads of 25 kg Kraft paper sacks or 15 kg cartons, tested and certified at independent certified laboratories..
Berry collecting, processing and freezing and storage facilities which have an annual processing capability up to 29,000 tons of raw product
A supply procurement network which has been established over the last 12 years, with a geographic range across six time zones of European Russia and Siberia, with Satellite Supply Stations that receive, wash, and in some cases, individually quick freeze (IQF) the berries
