Baruffaldi Plastic Technology Srl product range Since it was established over 50 years ago Baruffaldi Plastic Technology has created a solid reputation as a manufacturer of extrusion tools and lines for plastic materials specializing in automatic in-line and off -line machines for PVC profiles, PVC, aluminum and steel roller shutters, cable ducts for the electrical industry as well as special made-to-spec machines and turnkey projects. • High productivity extrusion tools (dies and calibrators) for window profiles, roller shutters (also in dual strand with an output of 12 + 12 m/min.) and technical profiles with co-extrusion and PCE, fine-tuned in our test department on our twin screw extruders with an output ranging from 30 to 450 kg/h. • Calibration tables to cool and calibrate the extruded profiles. They are designed and manufactured to meet all types of production needs and are available in different lengths (from 2 to 20 m) and with the number of pumps according to the specific application. The water/vacuum pumps are assembled on anti-vibration frames extractable from the side and independent from the calibration table frame. • We manufacture pullersof different types and sizes for small, medium and large profiles. They are available in versions with rollers, pads and belts, have a contact length from 0.75 m to 3 m and a variable contact width depending on the specific application. Our pullers are characterized not only by their robust structure, which eliminates vibrations and discontinuity of traction, but also by their construction criteria and quality components, which guarantee reliability and long life. • For roller shutter systems we have designed special high-productivity machines dedicated to the production of roller shutters (Combiroll) and 6.5 m long slat packs (Combipack), in single and dual strand with a process speed up to 2 x 15 m/min.These are automatic modular machines complete with punching, interlocking, cutting and assembly units. They are available in the pneumatic version or with brushless motors for high speeds. • Saws for standard size profiles and customized cutting units, specially designed according to our customers’ specific needs. • Guillotines for the swarfless cutting of medium size profiles - thicknessesup to 3 mm. • In line slitters for the longitudinal, swarfless cutting of foamed PVC boards thickness 10 or 25 mm. • Automatic in line stacking machines for single and dual strand window profiles, cable ducts and other profiles with the profile positioning in containers ready for transport. • Integra: off line punching, interlocking and assembly system for PVC, aluminum and steel roller shutters profiles, to produce roller shutters ready to be installed. • Customized in line and off line punching machines and automatic punching stationsdesigned and optimized for various different applications: from simple hole punching in roller-shutter profiles, to the vertical and lateral punching of building industry profiles, to high-productivity punching systems for 3-side punching and coining of cable ducts. • Customized special machines to process all extruded plastic (rigid and foamed) profiles: drilling machines, milling machines, etc.
