PROCEDURE:

1.The Buyer(s) will be required to confirm in writing his interest in the commodity within 24 hours  upon receipt of this offer.

2.The Buyer(s) will with the corporation of the seller or their agents be able to physically inspect the commodity in the refinary.

3.The buyer will pay  10% for transportation  deposit to the sellers lawyer to enable the seller to do all the export documents and payall the local taxes.

4.During the inspection, Buyer(s) will verify in person or through the mandate the physical existence of the commodity.

5.Seller(s) will be provided with relevant documents concerning the Copper cathodes 99.99% such as Certificate of Origin, Certificate of Ownership.

6.Buyer(s) and seller sign  - Sell Contract which will cover all the relevant matters associated with the cu.

7.All the payments are transfer via bank to the seller lawyer
