Beijing ShengShiChang long BEIJING SHENGSHICHANG LONG WEAR MATERIAL PRODUCTION CENTERar material production center is a joint-stock private enterprise with a registered fund of 20 million RMB. It focuses on professional researching, developing, processing and trading wear resistant materials. Located at Yanfang, Changping District, Beijing, it covers a total area of over 100 mu (about 6.7 hectares) with workshops of 20, 000 m2. There are more than 200 employees in our company, and among them, there are more than 30 managerial, engineering and technical personnel, who graduated from vocational secondary schools or above. Its total annual sale amounts to 30, 000 ton. Of all castings we produced, the heaviest amounts to 15 ton per piece. Our counterweights have been sold well both at home and abroad, especially in the U.S., Japan, German, Italy, Australia and Sweden. Now our enterprise has obtained the certificate of ISO9001 Quality System certification.In the factory, there are two advance designed assembly lines, 20 sets hoisting equipments, of which the max lifting weight is 20 tons), 2 sets of warm air furnace of 10 tons each, 12 sets of vacuum pump, one set of sand-conditioning equipment, one set of loading equipment for furnace, and a large polishing and cleaning room. There are three workshops which are founding, cleaning, and painting. The factory has a large scale capacity to produce and sell the products.
