Benxi Xingsheng Casting Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as BXCC), located in Benxi City, in North China&＃039;s Liaoning Province, is a leading private-owned manufacturing enterprise specializing in iron smelting and iron founding. Taking good advantage of its favorable geographical position, rich mineral resBenxi Xingsheng Casting Co., Ltd.ces and convenient transportation, combining the world-renowned "ginseng ore" with its unique smelting techniques, BXCC has now developed into a well-capitalized and technical-advanced giant in cast iron industry in China. With registered capital of 60 million RMB and covering a total area about 88, 958m2 (including 20, 956m2 used for construction), we have nearly 500 stuff members and workers, including over 100 professional engineers and technicians. Our main technological equipments include one set of 218M3 high furnace, one set of 32 M2 sinter machine and 3 sets of 6 M2 vertical furnaces. Apart form that, there are sand mullers of 20, 30 and 40 mt and shakeout machines of 20, 25 mt as well as a 20t/h semi-automatic resin sand production line, one set of 20m3 compressed air transport system. Our products range from many kinds of casting mechanical parts to special equipments used in wind turbine generator (WTG) such as casting iron WTG hub, main support, gear box and tower as well as in automobile industries such as diesel engine boxes, crankshaft and settings. We use low sulphur and low phosphorous coke bought from North China&＃039;s Heilongjiang Province as fuel in order to ensure the good quality of our iron. Our company now boasts a production capability of over 150, 000 metric tons and we are taking efforts to enlarge it in the coming years. BXCC possesses complete means for products scientific research, metrology and measurement that is certified with ISO9000:2000. All these have empowered us to be able to design and produce special products as per customers&＃039; unique needs.
