BPI Medical was founded as Ben&＃039;s Precision Instruments in 1976 by Ben Overmars Sr., who learned to repair surgical instruments as a youth in his native Holland. After immigrating to the USA, Mr. Overmars opened his own surgical sharpening business. In 1993, BPI Medical expanded its repair services to offer pneumatic and electric hand pieces. Soon after, Olympus closed 8 of its 14 U.S. repair centers allowing BPI Medical to further expand its operations to include the repair of flexible & rigid endoscopes, light sBPI Medicalces, cameras, printers and other endoscopy equipment. BPI Medical is divided into three (3) unique Divisions: Medical Repairs Division Manufacturing Division Equipment Sales Division Medical Repairs ------------------ BPI Medical&＃039;s Repair Division offers a wide range of medical repair services under one roof. We perform services on OR Tables, Rigid and Flexible Endoscopes, Electrical and Pneumatic hand pieces, Laparoscopic, Urology, Spinal and Orthopedic Instruments and General Instruments. Manufacturing ---------------- BPI Medical&＃039;s Manufacturing Division excels by providing three basic principles of quick turn times, quality and customer service. These guiding principles have led to some of the largest spinal and orthopedic manufactures in the world to rely on BPI Medical. Our quality systems are continuously audited and improved upon for maximum reliability. Customer Service is vital to our communication with our customers in offices and out if the field in surgeries, we constantly work to exceed our customer&＃039;s needs.
