Our centrifugal oil cleaner rotates speed generating at 6000-7000 rpm. With such high centrifugal force the Centrifugal Oil Cleaner removes even sub-micron particles lesser than .01 micron size from process fluids. Traditional filtration systems including paper, cannot economically remove particles smaller than 10-15 microns. Removing particulate to a sub-micron range by centrifugation results in cleaner fluid. Centrifugal Oil Cleaner extends fluid life without removing the fats and oil essential to lubrication in coolant applications. In rinse and pre-treatment applications, centrifugally clarified fluids eliminates suspended solids and sludge resulting in cleaner parts with less carryover.
