Product classifications : Forged , Machined and Finished Ferrous and Non - Ferrous Components. Certification (s) : ISO/TS 16949: 2002 by BSI. Forgings are also approved by Ministry of Defense & Ministry of Railways of Government of India. INTRODUCTION : Established in 1981, the company started off with major supplies to Brass Valve Manufacturers. With the years to follow, Brassoforge diversified into the Automobile Sector and other High Pressure Engineering application. The company has had an average growth rate of 40% spread over a period of last 7 years. Most of the components are import substitutes or are being exported. The company has a huge growth potential and has recently taken up an expansion plan. We have most of the facilities required for forging in house, including a Heat treatment plant for non-ferrous forging and a machine shop. Many of our customers want us to develop machining capacities to supply them fully machined components instead of forged components. As such we have already started creating In House CNC Machining Facilities to cater to their requirements. The quality is competing at the international level. We have recently expanded our installed production capacity from 250 thousand components per month to 400 thousand components per month.
