One is unique crust done bystone baking which is combined with very high water content of 80%so our products litterally dry slower and fight better withtime.Our products are also very popular for its very unique taste,beautiful open structure and crispy crust. Also thanks totraditional slow method where sourdough works as natural conservantwe dont need to use any bakery improvers and everything we do isexceptionaly made from natural ingredients.
