- Study the possibilities for financial assistance from the relevant French authorities
- Advise you on the choice of an insurance should it be required
- Liaise with the relevant authorities to obtain a planning permission
- Carry out technical specifications to identify your requirements and the critical issues
- Assist you in the choice of the builders and local artisans
- Analyse and negotiate the offers

During the construction:

-Deal with the underlying administrative procedures before the start of the works
-Undertake contract administration
-Carry out site supervision, financial management
-Issue progress statement

Delivery of the work:

Assist you in the financial conclusion of the contracts
