Ningbo Brother Apparel Co., LTD. Previously Xiangshan Dongfeng General Knitting Factory has more than 20 years of history making knitted garments, which is also one of the first few enterprises producing and exporting knitted garments in Ningbo area. Through decades of years of accumulation especially the recent 7 years of dedicated efforts, the company has always been keeping great growth momentum with production scale enlarged noticeably and product scope expanded greatly. The company owns complete workshops of Brother Apparelaving, printing, embroidery and cut & sews and is equipped with full sets of advanced production machines.The company is a joint-stock enterprise with registered capital of 10.08 Million RMB Yuan and total asset of 95.64 Million RMB Yuan. The factory covers an area of 32, 000 square meters with a floor area of 30, 000 square meters. The company has over 1, 000 employees including about 200 professional technical personnel and 22 foreign trade staff. The factory has more than 350 imported sewing equipments in various types and 42 Germany-Made and Japan-Made knitting machines and 40 embroidery machines. The company has obtained ISO9001 quality system certificate and ISO1400 environment system certificate. The company has also successfully passed factory audit by WALMART, SEARS，J.C.P，TAGET，BONTTON and JUSTICE. Currently we produce garments for many famous world brands such as BOSS, HANES, US POLO, SNOOPY, and DISNEY. The main products include POLO shirt, T-shirt, fleece shirt, rib fleece shirt, trousers and various types of kid garments. The company’s monthly production capacity is as follows: T-shirt 1, 000, 000pcs, casual shirt 600, 000pcs, sports shirt 800, 000pcs, and zipper fleece shirt 220, 000pcs. The products are sold overseas to more than 40 countries such as the United States, Australia, Russia, Japan, South Korea, Chile, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Among them, the United States is our major market. Good quality makes us sustain good relations with many old customers and also attract many new customers. Our output value in 2008 has reached 210 million RMB Yuan with export value up to 30 million US dollars and we were awarded by Ningbo Municipal Government with “outstanding export manufacturing enterprise”。
