During the period of 1987 to 2009, Cabot Corporatio produced the lithium basedproduct spodumene for Corning USA and Industrial Gypsum. Our plantoperations were put on care and maintenance during the economicturndown of 2009. We are currerntly looking at projects which wouldgenerate lithium carbonate as a by-product from retreatment of ourlarge supply of tailings. We are open to talks with potentialbuyers of lithium carbonate. If feasible, our operation could beexpanded to include tapping into the high grade lithium resourceswhich still remain in the ground at Tanco.
