• cagdas cnc and mold has been founded by 2005 to produce standard mold bases. As a result of local market demand CAGDAS CNC started to produce plates and sets with special machining and initiated exporting not longer than 1 year. All our products has been qualified by the well known companies of Europe. In accordance with demand in market, our company has been established a new production line in 2009 to produce mold accessories such as various pillars and bushes. With all brand new and well known machine park, To ensure the tolerances of 4 �µ for all products, climatization is being applied in all around of our warehouse. Thus our ware houe is kept in � 20�° C stabilized in all ***** mold plates are measured by means of sensitive 3D coordianate measuring system and all finished goods are shipped to the customer along with the measurement report as an output of this system. In accordance with the demands of our customers we use 1.231, 1.2311, 1.2738, 1.2085 and 1.2316 quality steels most generally. We keep stock as bars of 1.2312 and 1.1730 due to commonolity in mold sets.
