Cangzhou Yongxing Foundry Co., Ltd is a Sino-Japanese Joint venture company founded at 2005, whose precursor is Yongxing Foundry factory since 1985, and it has been a professional enterprise dealing with the manufacturing of ductile cast iron and grey cast iron since establishment. Through tCangzhou Yongxing Foundry Co.,Ltdnty years' innovation, it has developed into a comprehensive enterprise focused on both castings and machining with high quality, and now we can produces all kinds of ductile iron castings and gray iron castings ,and also acc to the customer's requestment to produce.
The company is equipped with a full set of casting-sand analyzing equipments, using advanced molding machine in molding, tower-furnace, middle frequency furnace or both in melting. During melting, the element of the iron liquor such as carbon, silicon, magnetic, phosphor, and sulfur are all tested and analyzed on site before casting. We are also equipped with digital metallographic microscope to observe the casting structure.    Our quality and producing capability are guaranteed by one 5T cupola, four electric furnaces at different size, and three resin bonded sand product lines. For the further machining and QC procedure, we buy five numerical control machines and 20 manual ones.     The high quality and service win us good reputation abroad. Our product line consist of component of compressor, elevator and pump, delivered to US  Germany  Italy  Japan and other developed countries. We are the unique global designated OEM customer of German Bitzer Compressor and Italy Lifeconn Compressor.
