Regarding the back-end semiconductor market, CAPLINQ supplies a portfolio of semiconductor materials to its semiconductor customers including dicing tapes, die attach pastes, polyimide tapes, films and solders, epoxy molding compounds, liquid potting, encapsulants and underfills, leadframes, solder balls and tacky fluxes. This complete portfolio enables customers to meet many of their Bill Of Materials (BOM) for the manufacture of semiconductor devices.
Industrial and Food Grade Starches:
CAPLINQ also supplies various grades of tapioca starches. These starches are available in industrial grades for applications ranging from adhesives for billboard and poster affixing, heavy-duty cement bag manufacturing, the paper mill industry as well as paper and corrugated cardboard manufacturing. Food grade varieties have many applications also, including animal feed as well as substitutions for potato and corn starch.
