Casmark Homes 'cansizoglu construction' was formed in 1996 by Mr metin cansiz in milas near bodrum. Metin concentrated on commercial and government projects and in the last ten years has turned the company into the success that it is today.
Some of the projects include the yenikoy lake project, both didim and marmaris water treatment plants, gokova and yenikoy power stations and the berlin trade centre.
In 2004 it was decided that the company would look at the domestic market and gained membership to the union of milas estate agencies. Initially the focus was land sales and projects while, cumhur cansiz, the youngest son, wanted to take this family business further and so, was born, casmark homes.
Our first of many projects 'casmark golf' is proving very popular with the overseas buyers with almost 40% sold on release.
