We are certified by ISO 9001:2000 and approved by M.O.R.T.H. [Ministry of Road, Transport and Highways Cir. No. RW/NH-34057/1/2008-S&R(B) Dated 22nd July 2010] & R.D.S.O. (Railways) and by almost all foreign consultants those who are working in India by virtue of accepting our products or test conducted at our in house well equipped lab. We have been supplying different types Expansion Joint for Highway Authorities in Nepal from last more than 15 years. 02. Very first NHAI Project (Dhanbad � Durgapur Expressway) having our Bearings supplied in 1996-97 & inspected by Saimond - Morgan Consultant, U.K. 03. We have manufactured & Supplied Single Strip Seal Expansion Joint for ROB 59.640 Lucknow- Kanpur section of NH-25 (NHAI project). 04. Very First RVNL project (Durg � Bhatapara, Jaipur - Rewari Project etc.) having our Bearings (Elastomeric, POT-PTFE Bearing, etc.) & Expansion Joints. 05. We have Manufactured & Supplied huge quantity of Expansion Joints for Outer Ring Road project at Ranchi. 06. Very First Project of Delhi Metro (ISBT and Shastri park etc.) is having our Bearings in huge quantity. 07. Very First BOT Project having our Bearings near Indore. 08. Very First Gauge Conversion Project of Railway having our Bearings in huge quantity in 1994- 95 for N.F Railway, Guwahati � Lumding, Assam. 09. We have manufactured & Supplied Expansion Joints for PSC Girder, 18.3 M Span for North West Railway. 10. We had designed and manufactured the entire quantity Elastomeric Bearing of Ennore port on Eastern coast near Chennai for M/S AFCONS, MUMBAI inaugurated by Hon�ble Prime Minister of India on 1st Feb. 2001. 11. We had designed & manufactured 900 MT Capacity POT cum PTFE Bearings inspected / stamped by DGS&D (Government of India) to H.P.P.W.D. in 1994. 12. We had Manufactured & Supplied Expansion Joints for Bridge on Teesta River. 13. We had designed and manufactured POT cum PTFE Bearings inspected by DGS&D for Turbhy Flyover Project, New Mumbai against order of U.P.S.B.C. Ltd, Lucknow in 1993. 14. We had designed and manufactured Spherical Bearings inspected / stamped by DGS&D for Okhala Flyover Bridge for Delhi PWD in 1993. 15. We have designed & manufactured POT cum PTFE Bearings inspected / stamped by DGS&D for AS-1/AS-20 Project for NHAI Project. 16. We have designed & manufactured POT cum PTFE Bearings for various Bridges of N.C. Railway. 17. We have designed & manufactured POT cum PTFE Bearings for various Bridges of Northern Railway. 18. We have designed & manufactured 350MT POT cum PTFE Bearings for PSC Box Girder Bridge (30.5 m Span) inspected by RITES for Gauge Conversion Project, N.F. Railway. 19. We have manufactured & supplied Rocker & Roller Bearings inspected by RITES for 76.2Mtr., 61.0Mtr., 45.7Mtr. for Various Projects of Railways throughout India. 20. We have manufactured & supplied Expansion Joints for Ludhiana Municipal Corporation. 22. We have manufactured & supplied Expansion Joints for Ban Ganga Near Manoharpur (Dausa) Project of PWD-NH, Rajasthan. 23. We have manufactured & supplied Bridge Expansion Joints for various projects of R.U.I.D.P., Rajasthan. 24. We had Manufactured & Supplied Expansion Joints for P.W.D National Highway project at Namkum, Ranchi. 25. We have manufactured & supplied Bridge Expansion Joints for ADB Project of Uttaranchal. 26. We have manufactured & supplied Expansion Joints (As per RDSO Drawing) for various Projects of N.F. Railway. 27. We have manufactured & supplied huge quantity Phosphor Bronze Bearings for 18.3M Span & 12.2 M Span for Composite Girder for various Railways. 28. We have Manufactured & Supplied Expansion Joints at Najibabad on Moradabad-Saharanpur section of Moradabad division. 29. Our Elastomeric Bearings have been being used in the neighboring countries (Supplied in SRI LANKA for a Project of RITES done by L&T and Nepal, etc.) 30. We had manufactured & supplied almost entire quality (Several hundred Nos.) Elastomeric Bearing upto 34 M span to Jammu- Udhampur Railway Project since its beginning i.e. 1994- 1995. 31. The Elastomeric Bearings of size 750 x 750 x 150 mm thick (Tested by client at our factory) manufactured & supplied for M/S Larsen & Turbo, Chennai. 32. We had manufactured & supplied Elastomeric bearings for High Rise Chimneys of Bakreswar Thermal Power Project (W.B). 33. We had Manufactured & Supplied huge quantity Expansion Joints duly inspected by RITES for Railway Project, Chhattisgarh 34. We had manufactured & supplied Elastomeric Bearings for Kolkata Metro and MTP � Chennai. 35. We had also manufactured & supplied huge Qty. Elastomeric Bearings to M/s UNITECH for NH-1 (World Bank aided Project) 1995-96 and M/S SOMDUTT BUILDERS for various bridges (ADB project) in Cochin-Long back. 36. We have also designed and manufactured & supplied Elastomeric Pads for Trusses, Buildings and other special purpose machines etc. 37. We have manufactured & supplied huge quantity Elastomeric Bearing for NHDC Khandwa project (M.P). 38. We had designed & manufactured very heavy capacity bearings for U.P. Irrigation for their Gokul Barrage, Mathura. 39.
