Changzhou Donghai Rubber Factory Co.LTD.,formerly known as hose section of Changzhou Lanling rubber factory in 1965, was established in 2001 after a series of reform and combination.The new factory is located in Changzhou High-tech District, which is renowned for her elegant environment and convenient transportation,1 km to the city-ring overpass, Shanghai-Nanjing expressway and Beijing-Shanghai high rail respectively, 10 kilomerters to Changzhou airport, 8 kilometers to Changzhou port(The Yangtze River). Donghai Rubber has a total construction area of 5.5 million square meters and more than 300 employees, more than 50 intermediate or above technical personnel included.
The company pays much attention to the research and development of core technology.Technical cooperation has been conducted with universities like Tongji, Tsinghua, Southeast, Chongqing and SouthChangzhou Donghai Rubber Factory Co., Ltd.st Jiaotong successively.The introduced automatic production lines of winding and knitting types hose have come to the leading level both at home and abroad, based on the company's experience. Products of shock absorber, in cooperation with university experts, have rezched the international advanced level. All kinds of rubber ,shock absorber and floor MATS products have applied multinomial invention patents and the patents for utility new models.
After years of efforts, the company now has six core products, including all kinds of tracheas, inlet and outlet water engine hoses, hydraulic system of oil suction hose, fuel system, various kinds of rubber hoses, inverter inter-cooled cooling system of brake hose, various kinds of power steering engines shock absorber, cab balata floor mat, all kings of rubber parts, rubber sealing products and various polyethylene, heat insulation and sound-absorbing sponge products made from polyurethane foam plastics etc.
