Chenab Limited, the paradise of textile fabrics and products, is a leading composite textile mill of Pakistan doing business globally. Our production starts from raw fiber and ends on customer needed products. This mean we starts from spinning and finish on fabrics, garments and made ups. All facilities are in house and consist of all resources i.e. state of art machinery, highly qualified and experienced workforce and up to date infrastructure. Its integrated management system has worldwide recognition for quality, environment and social accountability depicted by awarded certificates of ISO 9001:2000 for QMS, ISO 14001:1996 for EMS and SA 8000:1997 for Social Accountability. Emphasis on environment friendly textile products is our specialty as a result we have Oekotex 100 Certificate which is for environmental friendly products. Our product range includes Fabrics, Made Ups and Garments.
Fabrics
Chenab Ltd manufactures encyclopedic range of alluring, captivating, charming and gorgeous range of fabric being admired by its customers. The design and engraving departments equipped with CAD and Waxjet facilities, Screen making is in house and all the modern facilities are available. Quality Control lab is the backbone of organization, which not only monitors and control production activities but also conducts research and development. In dyeing section updated modern continues dyeing machinery is being installed where fabrics can be dyed in reactive, disperse reactive,Pigment and vat dyes. All dyes are environmental friendly and as per Oekotex 100 standard.. The dyeing capacity is up to 50,000 meters per day for the width up to 120 inches.
Printing section is worth visiting consistency of 4 state of art Rotary screen printing machines. Width up to 120 inches can be printed. Maximum numbers of colors printable are 24. Processes applied are Pigment printing, Reactive printing, Reactive Disperse printing, Burnout Printing and Discharge printing. Daily average printing production is 150,000 meters. Finishing department consist of Stenters (Monforts & Babcock), Calendar, raising, Emrizing and Sanforising capable of giving every type of finish e.g. Normal, Chintz, Easy Care, Wash and Ware etc. Average production is 1,50,000 meter of finished daily 90% of which is consumed in making garments and made ups. Our fabric specialties are Yarn dyed, Twills, Canvases, Poplin, Percales, Satin and what so ever you like as the weaving section consists of most modern Air jet looms having the facilities of Dobby and Jacquard.

Garments
This division of Chenab Limited produces a wide range of garments and beyond these can also be produced as all the resources are available including a team of highly qualified and experienced designers. Cutting section of garment division is quite organized and modern; equipped with GGT Pattern Computer, GGT Digitizer, AP 3000 Plotter, Eastman Cutter and GGT Automatic spreader.
Production capacity is from 250,000 to 300,000 pcs per month. Our specialties are Shirts, Trousers, Night wears, Work wears, Jumpers, Bathrobes. Some of our customers are J.C Penny, QVC, Sears, GDC, Lerner, L.A Intimate, VF, ROMAN’S, and LANEBRYANT etc.
