The coopering of the barrel has a significant effect on its performance and quality, and in China, we are proud of the quality of our coopering process. Most important is the oak selection and toasting. We utilize the best cooperage machinery and select the finest, tight-grain, slow growth oaks from the Changbai Mountain in China, which are as good as French oaks.
