China Electro-Ceramic Import and Export Co., Ltd. (CECEC) was founded in 1981. A group enterprise comprised of large and medium sized enterprises specializing in manufacturing insulators and poChina Machinery Electric Equipment Co., Ltd.r line accessories, we also have two research branches - the Institute of Machinery and Electronics and a Professional Research Institute. We now possess more than 80% of the production capacity and 90% of the technological strength in the Chinese insulator industry.

The member units of our company can manufacture all kinds of electrical apparatus up to 500kV, such as HV and LV insulators, glass and porcelain insulators, bushings and porcelain shells, surge arresters, fuse cutouts, current and potential transformers and power line accessories. Moreover, we also provide such vehicle parts as spark plugs and glow plugs, and specialized ceramic electrical products. Supplying various items manufactured in accordance with the IEC, ANSI, AS, BAM, DIN and ISO standards, we have thereby become a major supplier for clients throughout the international market.

Our business scope now covers export of electrical equipment and vehicle parts, import and export of equipment, provision of expertise for insulator production, and inspection and testing processes. In addition, we can also deal with Sino-foreign joint venture operation and cooperative production, processing of supplied materials and samples, assembly of supplied components, compensation and transfer trade, and import of materials, key components and parts for production needed by our member units.

We have imported several key equipment, inspection and testing facilities, and introduced relevant know-how from such countries as America, Germany, Japan, Italy, Sweden and the UK. We can thereby ensure that our manufacturing processes meet the advanced international level. Outputting large volumes of insulators for 500kV EHV transmission lines, power line accessories, insulators for 500kV stations and HV electric apparatus, our products have been exported to clients in markets worldwide.
