Counter trade, barter trade, entrepot trade, undertaking of Sino - fore¬ign joint ventures, joint production, compensation trade and assembly and process of the supplied parts and samples by foreign partners. 3. Import and export of various kinds of commodities in a direct way or on an agency basis within the business scope as approved by the State.
