• China Tianjin GEM-ET Industrial Company. was established in Nov. 1984, leading the fastener manufacturer in China. The factory is located at Jiashan Zhejiang province which is the neighborhood of Shanghai, covering an area of 300, 000m2 with a built up area of 170, 000 m2. Gem-Year has its own wharf and auto warehouses with a capacity to store 100, 000 metric tones of goods, and more than one thousand units of different imported automatic production machines and inspection equipments. The raw material that is used by China Tianjin GEM-ET Industrial Company is imported from overseas as China Tianjin GEM-ET Industrial Companyll as from the domestic steel factories. China Tianjin GEM-ET Industrial Company are using the ERP to control the production process line and has set up research & development centre，for continue innovation and to meet the requirements of customers. Furthermore, China Tianjin GEM-ET Industrial Company are producing all kinds of high quality products such as bolts, nuts, screws, drawn wire and other off-standard fasteners, which are according to GB, ANSI, DIN, UNI, JIS and ISO standards with yearly production output of 200, 000 metric tons. China Tianjin GEM-ET Industrial Company has implemented the quality control system and obtained ISO9001, ISO/TS16949, ISO17025 certificate and also holds a certification of import & export inspection awarded by the CCIB of P.R.C. The products are widely used in many local industries and major Government projects; as well as selling to U.S.A, Asia and Europe market.
