CIOM Medical Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter as ?CIOM?), was established in May of 2002,located at Changchun Economy & Technology Development Zone, which has 80 employees.

CIOM was founded by Chinese Academy of Sciences Changchun Institute of Optics, Fine Mechanics and Physics and Changchun Science & Technology Bureau (Short as CIOMP), which is the initiating unit for spectrum apparatus research and Laser device research, with 50-year spectrum technology and laser technology accumulation.

On basis of CIOMP?s advanced technology, in 1980?s CIOM has already implemented China?s first new type of Semi-auto Biochemistry Analyzing apparatus, since then a group of technicians have been gathered and lead by Mr. Chen Xingdan (An academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences). Until Now, CIOM has had more than 20 years experience Research and Development of Analytical instruments and Reagents

CIOM has 4 types of leading products:

1 Biochemistry analyzer: including semi-auto biochemistry analyzer and fully automatic biochemistry analyzers.

2 Elisa reader and Elisa washer

3 Urine Analyzers and Urine strips

4 Clinical Biochemistry Reagents

Until now, CIOM has gained qualifications of ISO 9001:2000 and YY/T0287 Quality System Approval. In 2005 CIOM has passed CMD quality system approval, and now CIOM Medical Co., Ltd. on the process of application of CE & FDA, which will be available in Middle of 2009.
