MANAGEMENT OF ENGINEERING ACTIVITIES We provide operation and maintenance support of all Electro-mechanical installation as specified. We carry out preventive maintenance checks, spare parts management & control. Logbook would be maintained along with daily, weekly and monthly checklists. Reports will be generated on possibilities of cost reduction. Operation and maintenance of the following:- 1 DG Sets & Electrical Control Panels. 2 Water Plants. 3 Lift / Conveyers. 4 UPS / Servo Stabilizer / Inverter. 5 Fitting and Fixtures of Electrical Equipment. 6 Computer Networking Circuit & Termination. 7 Automation of Machine. 8 HVAC. MANAGEMENT OF ELECTRICAL POWER ACTIVITIES 1. Power factor improvement techniques. 2. Fuel management system Addition to these activities we do preventive maintenance Analysis of electrical equipment and installation. CONSULTANCY 1 Study of Electrical distribution network, Load calculation of equipment and improving system. 2 Load Pattern and efficiency of DG Set to justify usage of DG Set capacity as per schedule. 3 Design of Electrical System. 4 Study of air compressor and pneumatic system to improve system efficiency.
