The company has over 17 years of architectural (ACAD) experience and has now merged with another architectural firm from the Dominican Republic totaling the experience to 30+ years.
The reason for the merger is the low labor cost in the Dominican Republic but very high quality of work.
Our services consists of 2D (ACAD) work as well as 3D rendering and walk thru's (documentation/catalog can be sent upon request) as well as project calculation, management and project development consisting of apartment buildings, condominiums and Villas.
We also can provide the developer with construction material, mainly for pre-fab homes e.g Foamcrete (www.conitec.biz). Other material such as cement, windows, doors, etc. as well as bio-sewage systems can also by supplied (documentation/catalog can be sent upon request).
