1. Metal Stamping (Progressive Die)

Component Concepts will work with your Engineering team from the first article/design stage with short-run requirements to millions of pieces per year

2. Die Cutting and Laser Cutting (Insulation Materials)

- For lower quantities recommended up to 2500 pieces (Laser cut for quick turn-around) within 2-3 business days

- Custom specifications along with a wide array of materials

- Rotary Die and kiss cut recommended for high-volume price sensitive projects/applications

3. Connector Assemblies/Wire Harnesses

- We provide standard battery pack connector assemblies

- Intricate assemblies with insulation, weld-tabs for spot welding as well as fuses or diodes

- Submit your custom drawing for quotation

4. Tape and Reel

- Carrier tape with custom tab provided

- Collectively help design the appropriate carrier tape with tab for your PCB applications

5. Nickel strips

- With the recent investment in additional computer generated high capacity machines, our output and capacity is designed for faster turnaround times and precise nickel cuts
