A former director of food and beverage in a five star luxury hotel in Singapore, adrian takes with him a load of experience in the food and beverage operations and catering field. A man who thrives on the success of the deal has earned himself the title, lord of the deal.

With the explicit mission to bring the it environment to a level capable of sustaining the business growth in a secure and cost effective way, byron managed to bring the company much closer to that goal. One milestone was to have a MAC apple computer environment, using MAC os x as the standard operating system, a rare and bold move in the south-east Asia hospitality industry, and they succeeded.
