Craft Window is a handbag manufacturer in Vietnam. CRAFT WINDOW DEVELOPMENT INVESTMENT CO LTD not only make to order and produce for private label customers but also develop our own collections. Customers can either ask us to custom-make handbags according to their designs or select handbags from our collections.
Our company is built upon two major strengths. First, since we have a large member of skillful employees, we can make handbags that require a lot of detailed work such as embroidery, patchwork, beadwork, crochet, etc. Second, we can access and use variety of ecological materials such as natural silk, hemp, cotton, seagrass, bamboo, and mother of pearl.
Our main philosophy in doing our business is to assure our product quality and provide good service so as to develop a long-term, mutual beneficial relationship with our customers.
During the last 15 years, we have worked with customers from many countries including U. K., U. S., Australia, Japan, Spain, Germany, Singapore, etc. We would welcome the opportunity to work with new customers especially those in the markets that we have not penetrated.

1) How do I place an order with your company?
If you select handbags from our website, please email us the code of the items that you are interested. We will email you a quote for these items within 2 business days. If you want us to custom-make, please send us your designs either via email or mail. We will make the samples for you within 15 days.
2) Do you require a minimum order?
Yes. For each item, we require a minimum order of least 5 pieces for each color and size.
3) How do you ship the order to me?
Customers have to pay the shipping costs by themselves. We can help arrange the shipping. Normally, we provide our customers with the rates and delivery time of different shipping methods such as sea, air, and express delivery. Our customers will decide which method they want to use. Then we will work with the shipping company to arrange the shipment to our customers. Customers can pay the shipping fee directly or through us.
4) How can I pay for my order?
We only accept the following payment methods: letter of credit, bank transfer, and PayPal. With bank transfer and Paypal, customers are required to make a deposit of 25% of their order and the remaining payment before we ship the order to them.
