Some highlights of our production facility are: SINTO® Horizontal Flask-less High Pressure Moulding Line with Box Size 700x600x250/250and 2 ARPA lines – ARPA 450 (Box 29” x 26” x 8”/6”) & ARPA 900 (Box 40” x 36” x 8”/6”) A combined melting capacity of over 50000MT CNC & 4 axis VMC machines for developing new patterns Auto CAD, Auto Cast and Pro-Engineer for designing & Optimization using Magmasoft® simulations. Location : Vadodara, Gujarat & Kolkata, West Bengal Material: Grey/Ductile Iron Disa® Sand Mixer, Sand Cooler & Dust Extraction System Comprehensive machining solutions Painting facilities as per customer requirement.
