ABOUT US:
CROWN INDUSTRIES specialized manufacturer and exporter of Uniforms and Workwear clothing. Our Factory is located in the best Industrial Area of Pakistan, The Karachi Export Processing Zone. We are members of the following organizations in Pakistan:

2. Pakistan Readymade Garment Manufacturers and Exporters Association

MARKETS:
We produce HORECA UNIFORMS, Aprons, Chef Apparel, Medical / health care Uniforms and Corporate wear mainly Export to USA and UK. We are exporting to Wholesalers / Uniforms companies dealing in food services / general uniforms in USA and also have an experience of manufacturing aprons and chef apparel (as a subcontract) for reputed stores in uk such as Marks & Spencer and ASDA.

FABRIC:
We produce Uniforms and Workwear in various blends such as:
1. 5 to 10 oz Twills in 65 / 35 poly cotton, 100% cotton, Spun Polyester Fabrics
2. Canvas, Duck
3. Poplin & Sheeting
4. Drills & Rips Top
All available in more than 15 readily available colors as per your requirement.
The fabric we use has an excellent color fastness and can pass your testing requirements easily.
Further we have a sound understanding of the sewing requirements of all sorts of uniforms and workwear.

FINISHES:
Branded and Unbranded Soil Release, Stain Release, Water Repellant Coating, Fire Retardant Coating, Industrial Wash, Wrinkle Free, Teflon.

ORDER QUANTITY:
We are flexible as to our minimum quantity and can produce as low as 500 pcs per style of aprons.
Our other main products are chef coat, chef pants, scrub suit, smocks, coverall etc.

PRODUCTS:
We produce APRONS in 100% cotton, spun poly and 7.0 to 10 oz 65% polyester 35% cotton in more than 15 colors including (black / red / burgundy / white / kelly green / hunter green / navy / royal blue, khaki, brown etc) . We export bistro apron, bib apron with one hand pocket, short bib apron, reversible waist apron etc. our fabric & stitching quality is appreciated by our buyers and our pricing is just right for them.
We are also producing SCRUB SUITS (1 / 2 / 4 pkt) in different colors / designs and other hospital / restaurant uniforms in Soil Release Finish. The fabric can be produced to meet stringent washing requirements as well.

OTHER MAIN PRODUCTS:
Chef coats, Chef pants, Cook shirts, Work shirts, Coveralls, Overalls, Scrubs tunic tops, lab coats smocks, wraps, chef hats, caps and neckerchief, casual wear like chinos, Skirts.

MANUFACTURING:
All Products are manufactured under a highly trained and skilled workforce. Most of our products are manufactured in White color such as Chef Coat, Cook Shirt etc which are handled with care under an established Quality System. Regular Internal and External Audits are conducted to ensure product quality. Arrangements are underway for Web enabled Production Status for buyer convenience.
