Our models are the result of dedicated labour, technology and raw material of the highest quality, just as it should be. Let me inform you that currently our latest models are cut by laser so we get a perfect finished and all of them are handcrafted, we sharpen all our knives by hand and they get amazing edge even the cheapest one. Nowadays we are using 2 different steel, 420 A and 440 A with a hardness of 58º-59º Rockwel text. We have a wide range of raw material for the handles such as olive wood, stamina wood, bull horn, deer horn, xxxxx
