For producing management, we strictly obey to the work standard and we adopt management method of the combination of TS16949 system(external management) & 6 Sigma system(internal management).
For quality control, we use method of APQP, MSA, SPC, FMEA,PPAP etc to meet our customers' requirements for low PPM & high quality. Through 24 years long-time endless effort, we have reached the standard of 6 sigma(=3.4PPM) or more.
For cost, we have professional cost analysis system which includes Partial Cost Analysis Method & Complete Cost Analysis Method depended on customers' requirements. We have over 7-year experiences of building complete strategy for customers' Purchasing Control.
