Czech Precision Forge (CPF) is amid- management owned forging company based in Pilsen, CzechRepublic. CPF was founded in May 2003 by a management-buy-outprocedure from former ŠKODA STEEL group. This explains themetallurgical tradition in the forging field for more than 120years. CPFs main activities arefollowing:A/ Large closed-die forgings:the unitforging CZECH PRECISION FORGEight ranging from 20-700 Kg. CPF uses the BECHE 35 MT andBECHE 40 MT counter-blow hammers both including heating furnacesand trimming presses.  Material Weight Steel 50 – 700 kg/pc Al- alloys 20 – 200 kg/pc Cu- alloys 20 – 350 kg/pc  B/ Medium-small closed dieforgings:the unit forging weight rangingfrom 3 -50 Kg. CPF uses the LVH 4000 forging line with forgingpower of 45 MN.  Material Weight Steel 10 - 50 kg/pc Al- alloys 3 - 15 kg/pc Cu- alloys 10 - 50 kg/pc  C/ Open-dieforgings:the unit forging weight rangingfrom 10 kg up to 2800 kg of forging weight. CPF uses 3 hydraulicpresses with maximum power of 800 tons.  Material Weight Steel 50 – 2800 kg/pc Al- alloys 10 - 500 kg/pc Cu- alloys 40 - 500 kg/pc
