Top-Eastern Carbide Co., Ltd is the subsidiary company of Top-Eastern group. It was purchased by Top-Eastern Group on June 2003 With the former name of Dalian Hard Metal Factory built in 1905. After that, the Group and Diager France invested more than 10 million USD to build the advanced modern joint venture.Dalian Top-eastern Carbide Co.,Ltd. production equipment mostly comes from the United States and Japan, including 14-tube reduction and mid-frequency carbonization furnaces that control the grain size of W and WC powder. In addition, we use cold aerostatic presses and Sinter-HIP equipment to make precise high- density products. MAKINO SEIKI CNC all-purpose grinding machines and HERTLEIN automatic fully ground production lines enable us to supply our customers with excellent end mills, drills, reamers, cutting blades and stretch molds.Moreover, our factory meets ISO-9001 international quality standard.
