DT Copier Sdn Bhd is an experienced supplier of remanufactured photocopiers equipped with more than 20 years of experience in the photocopier industry. The company has seen annual business growth since incorporation through delivering what Dayanantha Enterprise promise to our customers. DT Copier is proud to claim more than 95% of our loyal customers are very satisfied with the pre-sales or after sales support rendered by the staff. The management of DT Copier is grateful to our loyal customers who consistently provide us repeat sales and referrals. After a decade in the business, DT Copier Sdn Bhd has spread its wings and is now managing two other subsidiary companies, namely DT Copier (Selangor) Sdn Bhd & DT Security Solution Sdn Bhd. However, DT Copier�s core business remains as Ricoh digital & multifunctional photocopiers. The three directors are all active business partners involved in the day-to-day business operations of the company. Holding helm at their respective specializations, our customers get to enjoy the dedicated, committed and speedy response in every aspect of customer service whether it is pre or post sales support. Each director also implemented relevant core values to compliment the company�s main core value. The Director of Technical and Field Service Department and his field technicians strive hard to resolve customer�s machines problems with the department work culture "Do It Right The Second Time " simply because the required machine part may not be available during machine trouble shooting, thus the technician will have to resolve the problem the second time around. The Director of Marketing & Sales has a different business approach when handling customers� requests. His motto is to be Fast and KISS (Keeping It Short and Simple) during decision making for sales order approvals or meeting customers� demands. Most customers should be able to know the result of their credit clearance and approval within 3 working hours. The Director of Production and Logistic team on the other hand, is a strong believer of delivering quality machines and making prompt deliveries.
