DB Limited operates a large-scale copper-cobalt project with substantial high-grade mineral reserves and integrated metallurgical operations in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and Tanzania
DB Solutions single-site operation, which comprises brownfield assets and new facilities under construction, will have one of the lowest unit production costs in the world, net of by-product credits.
The Company's objective is to enhance shareholder wealth through acquisition, exploration and development of mineral assets in Tanzania and DRC. This objective will be pursued primarily through active exploration on its current projects and by using the Company's experience in Tanzania to acquire further quality mineral projects on competitive terms that can be quickly evaluated and taken to the next stage of development. The Company will undertake continual risk assessment of its projects and take whatever actions it believes are necessary to ensure that these risks are mitigated
