DCM strives to make the process of constructing a project as smooth and simple as possible. DCM SOLUTIONS LIMITED pro-active in finding better solutions giving better value for money.
We focus on working with our clients to develop an open, non-contentious relationship that creates a win-win outcome for the client, DCM and other parties involved.
We do not seek to take advantage of variations or omissions in the contract and do not take a contractual approach.
DCM Solutions is the main contractor on some of Phuket's most prestigious building developments and has a track-record that speaks for itself.
DCM Solutions currently has over 150 permanent staff. These consist of Project Managers, Architects and Administration. The labour workforce numbers around 1, 200 and together with approximately 600 sub-contract workers the Company has in excess of 1, 500 people located in Phuket.
One of DCM's biggest strengths is through its network of local Thai professional staff and workers that allows the Company to quickly mobilise additional human resources to service new projects.
Most of DCM's staff, and many of its workforce, have worked together for many years prior to the company being formed. Although DCM is a relatively new company it is well integrated and very well connected within the industry.
DCM Solutions is a Thailand main construction contractor undertaking all scopes of work required by the client and coordination of any elements the client may wish to undertake directly. We have the capability to construct any type of building be it residential, commercial, mixed use; high rise, low rise or horizontal in nature; main land or island location-DCM Solutions can deliver.
Hotels, Resorts, Exclusive Villas, Hospitals, Factory's, Airports, Civil Works, Apartments and Condominiums are examples of such projects.
DCM Solutions assists the client in the whole construction process regardless of what juncture we are introduced into the project organization. We have proven that early involvement can influence and substantially increase the success of the project.
Huge value added can be gained by clients who involve us at the beginning where design input, both from the perspective of Build ability and Value Engineering can still be influenced.

DCM has the capability to provide all technical design services either in-house, or depending on the nature of the project, coordinate with external consultants. Our special relationships and experience with some of Thailand's most reputable external design service companies enables us to draw upon specialist design expertise if needed.
