Dhaka Hats & Caps is a designer, manufacturer, exporter of Custom design sports DHAKA HATS & CAPSars like FITTED HATS, SNAPBACK, Golf caps, Beanie, T-Shirts, Sweatshirts and Sweaters. Established in the year 1998. We have gathered experience and knowledge about Hats & Caps from South Korean companies. The chief executive of DHAKA HATS & CAPS had been working for long more than a decade with two world renowned South Korean cap manufacturing companies namely DADA and Seoul int'l in senior management position. We have experienced, Operators, QC and supervisors to maintain our high quality standard.
We make the Hats & Caps as follows:
SNAP BACK CAPS:
We make SNAP BACK caps as like as STARTER SNAP BACK with high quality plastic adjuster, flat visor either square shape or round flat visor. We assure just quality. We accept 150 order too.
Size Fitted Hats:
We make the Size Fitted Hats as like as 5950 style and shape in 11 different sizes from 54cm to 64cm with custom LOGO, High quality Woven Label, Shiny Gold and Silver Stickers and inside printed piping tape with custom design. We make the hats with inside satin lining and also print on under visor. We make custom print or embroidery on the all body of the hats.

Our size fitted hats are of 6 panels, 6 hole embroidered eyelets with flat brim and cotton twill sweatband.

We use 100% Cotton Twil 20 x 20s, 16 x 12s, 20 x 16s, 10 x 10s construction fabrics, Canvas and Jeans. 5 / 6 panel, 4 / 6 hole embroidered eyelets, flat / precurved visor with sandwich bill, Back closure with high quality Velcro / Metalic Buckle / Ring/ Plastic Snap Adjuster. We make the custom buckle ( cost effective).

We make the Beanie, Knitted Caps, Knitted caps with visor for sun protection and style by 100% Cotton / 100% Acrylic / Acrylic & Wool mixed yarns of any color.

T-Shirts:

We make the T-Shirts by 100% Combed cotton from 140gsm to 250gsm on custom designs basis. We make the designs print on any part of the T-shirts by FOIL PRINT, FLOCK PRINT, SCREEN PRINT and RUBBER PRINT or any other prints you want.

We can make any design and style of caps and print of design of T-Shirts if you provide us the picture and artworks in pdf or JPEG format.

LOGO, Labels, Tags and Stickers:

We require the artworks of the desired LOGO, Labels, Tags and Stickers for digitizing the LOGO and making the all others. We have our own in-house design center, printing and embroidery units. We assure the best quality of each part.

We take 30 days for shipment after receiving T. T. or Western Union Payment. We believe in quality and timely shipment say on time shipment.

We don't mind to work for any quantity. We have low minimum quantity of 150 pcs for the new buyers. We make small quantity order as well as the bulk quantity order too. Please contact us freely.
