Since its establishment as a local company for the processing of hazelnuts which came from the neighbdi nunzio s.r.l.ing region of Campania in the Fifties, Di Nunzio steadily developed and, thanks to its huge range of self-produced products, complemented and enriched by products coming from leading Companies worldwide, today it is one of the leading companies nationwide both for pulses and dried fruit. In order to guarantee the uppermost hygiene and health standards of its top quality GMO-free products, Di Nunzio developed and implemented its quality process, resulting from the virtuous combination of tradition and technological development. The controls carried out from the very beginning to the end of the production process, from the raw materials to the processed and finished seeds, allow Di Nunzio to guarantee the non-alteration of foods in climate controlled conditions, as well as the full traceability of each product from manufacturing to your table. Di Nunzio directly coordinates the production of pulses from around 50 farms in Puglia, mainly concentrated in the regions of the upper Tavoliere della Daunia and Gargano. The winnowing, stone removal, grading and complete selection of the products is carried out directly by Di Nunzio at its premises. The modern production plant covers 20,000 square meters, of which 2,500 square meters are indoors. Di Nunzio directly distributes its products across the nation and in some foreign countries thanks to its well-established trade relations with fruit and vegetable distribution centres, large-scale traders and selected retailers, with no intermediaries.
