Carlevana, an ancient tradition in Moldova to celebrate the end of harvest, is the brand name for a range of top quality wines, which fully reflect Moldova's potential as a fine wine region.
The Carlevana range is a bright expression of the varied Moldovan terroirs, complemented by artisan winemaking.

In year 2000 a new fine wine production program has been started in "Dionysos Mereni" winery. The winery has been re-equipped with modern equipment, new expertise and up-to-date winemaking and quality control techniques introduced.
This program has the goal to produce top quality wines that truly reflect the great potential of Moldova as a fine wine region, and to make Dionysos Mereni the leading fine wine producer of the country.
