Brief background In 2011, DN International established the export department of a cap factory that was producing the promotional cap needs of domestic companies as a sub-contractor, we began exporting. In these 5 years, we also exported t-shirts, polo-shirts, sweat-shirts, hooded sweat-shirts, vests, hi-viz vests, polyester jackets, polar fleece jackets, soft shell jackets, trousers, shirts, shorts, gloves-beanies-scarves, aprons and many other items. We got them produced in other small workshops. They are sold for the purpose of work wear and fashion&casual wear as well as promotional needs.What we do now? In the beginning of 2016, in believing that we could stand on our own two feet, we established our own company. Now we have been supplying good quality products in reasonable prices with on time deliveries to all around the world of which Europe in particular, using that 5 years of experience we gained. What we can do for you? We can supply your needs of promotional, professional and fashion wear of your kind and design in good quality & reasonable price with on time deliveries.How we work? We design a sample of the product requested by our client, according to the technical details, visuals, drawings and (if available) the physical sample we received. Than we produce a sample (prototype) according to that design and deliver to the client. Upon receipt of the confirmation of sample and the order, we produce the requested quantity in sample quality and deliver to our client within the promised lead time (there may be short delays in unexpected circumstances). Work flow: 1- We evaluate and quote the inquiry according to the below given details: - Concerning the inquired product, we request as much technical details as possible (including quantity, design details, size range-like "S to XL", etc.) and clear, high resolution pictures - If possible, we request a physical sample of the inquired product as well as the fabrics to be used - We request the print/embroidery/patch-work/woven-logo visuals (in high resolution) and details (dimensions of the logo, pantone code of the logo colours, etc.) in pdf or vectorial format PS: It is important to have these details, in order to give you a reliable and reasonable quotation. If this information cannot be provided, we can quote you a similar item according to our standards, which will be indicated in the quotation.2- Upon confirmation of the quotation and sample request, we produce the sample according to the design we made. In some cases, we may have to charge for the supplied sample. In general, we deduct the sample cost amount from the invoice upon order confirmation. Sample production and the delivery lead time may vary depending on the product details and production program of the work-shop. 3- If the sample is confirmed and the actual order is placed, the production process begins according to the signed sales contract (depending on product and quantity, we or you may ask for one) and upon receipt of down payment. 4- Step by step production process in general: - Fabric and accessory purchasing - Cutting, laminating, print/embroidery (where necessary) - Sewing - Button hole & buttoning (where necessary) - Quality control, Ironing & packing - Customs clearance & exporting (issue of standard documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, ATR, EUR1, etc. depending on the origin of the country of destination) 5- Transportation service can be provided by us, if requested by the client. We know and work with transport companies that have air, sea, road and rail services to many of the countries around the world. Additionally, according to our special contract with DHL, we can deliver your goods door to door (C&F) up to 150 Kg and euro 7.500,00 worth export files with very reasonable prices in a very short time as micro export.
