Dolphin Development new business model, focusing predominantly on leisure andlarger residential developments, incorporates three new areas forvalue creation: top-structure development; hotel and commercial. Byimplementing all three components, we will create annuity income,as opposed to our historical strategy of disposing of thedevelopments once completed. We now have the opportunity to furthergenerate ongoing income from our projects by selling only certaincomponents of the development and retaining the rest of the assets,to generate annuity income for the Group going forward. We havefollowed an outsourced business model, resulting in a lowering ofour monthly overheads, by appointing the correct and appropriateprofessional project managers and teams to manage our developments.In doing this, Group management can concentrate further on its corecompetency of identifying key sites with potential value to theGroup. The new business model encompasses the expansion of revenuestreams, thereby mitigating the need to bring on a number of newprojects each year in order to grow the company further. Ourbusiness generates assets for people. Management is optimisticabout the potential of its assets to create greater shareholdervalue, given the variety of income generating activities that itwill embark on, from outright land sale to securing a portion ofexisting projects to generate annuity income. Our fractional,syndication, sectional-title and outright ownership models arebeing established to create a further revenue generating method forGroup income. As part of our strategy going forward, units willalso be made available to rental pools, thereby creating theopportunity for shared rental income. Investors, through any ofthese wealth creation vehicles, have an opportunity to share in anincome stream which is expected to offset costs of ownership. Overtime, these vehicles will create an income producing asset, as wellas a leisure destination for personal use.
