Dongfang Electronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Dongfang Electronics) is a hi-tech business group combining research and development, production and operation, technical services and system integration, one of the major suppliers of China�s energy management system solutions, and also the key hi-tech enterprise aided by the state and Shandong Province. In 1982, Dongfang Electronics developed the first microcomputer-based remote terminal unit (RTU) in China through cooperation with Shandong Industrial University, which has made us involved in power system automation field.
